DIRECTIONS: From Atlanta via 85: From I-285 drive North on I-85 17.5 miles to I-985. Go north on I-985 24.2 miles to US-23/365. Go north on US-23/365 22.1 miles to exit for Clarkesville, Helen and Demorest. Turn left onto GA-105.       Go .3 miles (passing Winn-Dixie grocery in shopping center on left, Race-Trac gas station on left.) Turn left to stay on GA-105 (Wal-mart on right at this corner)        Go 8.9 miles to GA-17. Turn left onto GA-17 towards Helen.       Go 1.7 miles to Apache Way on the right. From Atlanta via US-19/GA-400: Go north on US-19/GA-400 til ends at traffic light near Dahlonega. Keep going straight on Long Branch Rd, GA-115, for 4.6 miles to traffic light at GA-52. Turn right onto GA-52/GA-115  towards Cleveland.  Stay on GA-115. From the traffic light to Cleveland is about 13 miles. Turn left onto GA-129.  Go .4 miles to GA-75. Turn right onto GA-75 towards Helen (Ingle's Grocery on left). Alternatively, right past the Nix primary school on the left on the outskirts of Cleveland, there is a short memorial road (still on the left) that takes you to the traffic light at the intersection of GA-129 and GA-75. Go straight on GA-75. Go 7 miles to GA-17 (gazebo on Indian burial mound in cow pasture on right.) Turn right onto GA-17 towards Clarkesville.   Go 6 miles to Apache Way on the left. From Helen: Go south on GA-17/GA-75 about 1 mile from the village to white gazebo with red roof on Indian mound in cow pasture where GA-17 makes a left turn towards Clarkesville.   Turn left and go 6 miles to Apache Way on the left. From Clarkesville: From center of Clarkesville at traffic light by gazebo, where signs for GA-17 north to Helen are,  go north on GA-17 for 6.7 miles to Apache Way on the right. Make sure you watch for GA-17 to make a right turn 2-3 miles from the light.
